There’s nothing worse than hiring a company to paint your house’s exterior and then wondering if they cut corners in the process. Even though he was booked up and couldn’t paint our house, we had been impressed by Mr. Polite’s knowledge, so we called him and described our concerns about the work another company was doing. He actually offered to drive all the way over and inspect the job for us right then, free of charge! He was just being a good guy, no strings attached. Mr. Polite displayed a real mastery of the details as he explained where the other company indeed had cut corners and then was kind enough to speak to them very diplomatically on our behalf, pointing out what was good but also what could’ve been done better. The other company’s owner respected what Mr. Polite said and agreed to make things right. Driving over mid-week and spending an hour+ of his time just to help a non-customer was the singular gesture of a first-class person. It should tell you everything about the type of company he runs. It has been about a year since Cav’t and his team came to paint the top half of my two story stairwell and I am as happy with the work today as the day it was completed. Can't is a true artist and paint perfectionist! He understands the science of paint and went to great detail to explain what was going to be the best product to use. I needed good , quality, reasonably priced painting and I needed it quick...after reading other reviews I called Mr Polite and he was able to come out right away to give an estimate. His pricing was fair and comparable or lower than other local painters. He showed me pictures of some projects he had just completed and I was very impressed. Cavt Polite responded quickly to my call for an estimate. He came to my home the very day I called. After I showed him what I needed painted, he gave me a proposal on the spot . Cavt also worked with me on the scheduling of the work, giving me the date I requested for the work to begin. The painting crew arrived at the designated time and proceeded to move furniture, cover floors/furniture and started to work. My project turned out better than I expected.
